Understanding the crushing process from raw material to finished product
Raw materials are loaded into the vibrating feeder, which delivers them evenly to the primary crusher (jaw crusher). Large rocks are broken down into medium-sized pieces through compressive force between two jaw plates.
Crushed material is conveyed to the secondary crusher (impact crusher or cone crusher) for further size reduction. A vibrating screen then separates the material into different size grades, recirculating oversized pieces.
Finished aggregates are discharged via belt conveyors. The entire system is mounted on a mobile chassis, allowing it to be easily transported between job sites and set up within minutes.
